These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital product sold at thecleaningbusinesskit.com ("the Kit"). By buying or using the Kit, you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain — read them, and email us if anything is unclear.
Who we are
The Cleaning Business Kit is a digital product operated from Portugal. Contact: hi@thecleaningbusinesskit.com.
What you're buying
A digital download containing modules, templates, and a pricing calculator to help you start a residential cleaning business in the United States. The Kit is sold "as is" — it is a set of tools and guidance, not personalized consulting or legal advice.
How payment is handled
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for tax purposes (including US sales tax and EU VAT where applicable). Your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy. See Lemon Squeezy's Terms.
Your license
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own business.
You may:
- Use the templates (contract, invoice, intake form) for your own cleaning business.
- Customize them as needed for your operation.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Kit files with anyone else.
- Claim the Kit as your own work.
- Use the Kit to create a competing product.
Intellectual property
All content, copy, design, and code in the Kit are our property and protected by copyright. The license above does not transfer ownership.
What we do not promise
We provide information and tools. We do not promise:
- That you will earn any specific amount of money.
- That you will get clients in any specific timeframe.
- That the business advice in the Kit fits your local laws, market, or situation.
Starting a business involves risk. Always confirm legal requirements (licenses, insurance, taxes) with a local professional before launching.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Kit, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
